Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.
This policy allows time to offer the appointment to others.
For NDIS participants, cancellation terms may align with service agreements and NDIS guidelines.
Where sessions are provided through an affiliated organisation, including Shine Strong Psychology, organisational cancellation policies may also apply.
Telehealth appointments are subject to the same cancellation requirements.
Exceptions may be considered in unforeseen circumstances.
